Stunning views from the room and great location near downtown attractions. The elevators were slow and often crowded, which was frustrating.

Location is awesome with easy access to downtown attractions and nearby golf course. The elevators are painfully slow, making wait times longer than expected.

Spacious room with a great view, but that was the highlight. Parking was a nightmare; convoluted access and hefty fees felt out of place. Long check-in lines were frustrating, worsened by slow elevators—probably due to the convention crowd. Encountered a rude staff member when just seeking help, which tainted the experience further. Plus, no water available during the stay was a major letdown. On the bright side, the bar and coffee shop staff were genuinely nice. Nonetheless, the lack of basic amenities and service made navigating the hotel quite uncomfortable. Wouldn’t return.

Hilton Atlanta offers an unbeatable location downtown, just minutes from attractions like the Coca-Cola factory and aquarium. The spacious rooms are a plus, and the gym facilities are fantastic, providing everything you need for a great workout. This hotel really makes the most of its central position.

The bathroom situation was pretty disappointing. The tub was tiny, and there was hair by the sink when I got there. The toilet was clogged too; I had to wait for maintenance—definitely not the clean, smooth stay I expected.

Great location and comfy rooms, but parking garage was a hassle.

Fantastic gym facilities. Large rooms. Excellent location. Staff was down-to-earth, pleasant, and welcoming. Clean room, friendly faces everywhere. Fast elevators and a nice view—though you pay extra for it. Parking is a hefty $32 per night, deducted from your deposit. It’s a short 5-6 minute walk to Peach Tree Market Center. I encountered issues. The couch bed was uncomfortable for my kids. Minor details matter: no complimentary coffee, no microwave. A broken drawer, tiny toiletries, and worn bedding detracted from the experience. The décor was not up to standard, and the noise from the outdoor bar kept us up late. With a little more attention to detail, this could be a great hotel.

The hotel has plenty of family-friendly activities and games that kept the kids entertained. There are nice dining options within the hotel that offer a range of choices.
It wasn't budget-friendly, but I guess that's the price for family fun.

My friends and I had a blast using the fitness center and playing basketball at the hotel. The room was lit, and the location was clutch for hitting up cool spots in ATL.
Would have been even more litty if there was a rooftop pool party scene! 🎉.

Had a good time during Christmas vacation at a hotel that was in a prime location, close to restaurants and attractions. The view from the room was fantastic, and the spacious room made our stay comfortable.
During my stay, the check-in process was chaotic and understaffed, with long wait times. Additionally, the hot water in the shower was difficult to regulate, and there were incidents of poor customer service from some staff members.

Convenient location, friendly staff with exceptional service regarding upgrades and late check-outs during my stay made it a stress-free experience.
Couldn’t ask for better.

The cocktails here are great and the staff is friendly. There’s plenty of space to get work done and the ambience is nice and large.
Just be careful with the security.

During my stay, I was thrilled to find that I could easily walk to some of Atlanta's best attractions, such as the Georgia Aquarium, just a little over a kilometer away, and the popular Centennial Olympic Park, which is about 1.1 kilometers from the hotel, allowing me to soak up the vibrant atmosphere of the city with every step; the friendly staff, convenient amenities, and great eateries nearby made my visit even more enjoyable. However, the entrance to the hotel could be a bit tricky to navigate and the overall condition of the facilities might need some updates.

The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. I loved the rooftop track and relaxing sitting areas – perfect for unwinding! The restaurants had delicious options that kept me satisfied throughout my stay.
Can just recommend 😊❤️

The room was well-appointed with super comfortable beds that provided excellent support for a restful night's sleep. The temperature control worked effectively, allowing for a cozy atmosphere. the shower had inconsistent water temperature, fluctuating between scalding hot and cold, which was frustrating during use. Cleanliness was an issue; there was an odd smell upon check-in, and the carpet outside the bathroom was lifting. On a brighter note, the variety of TV channels offered was great for unwinding after a long day. Improved maintenance and attention to the cleanliness could elevate the experience significantly.

The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel had a pleasing aesthetic overall. The staff was friendly, and the mattress provided in the room was incredibly comfortable. As for the location, the common areas felt cozy and welcoming.
The parking situation was a downside, with no complimentary options available. the room felt outdated, reminiscent of the 80s design.

We had a blast at the fitness center, the workout room as my kids called it. The basketball court was a hit with my little ones, providing endless entertainment for them. The convenience of the marketplace was a lifesaver for snacks on the go.
In my wife's opinion, more kid-friendly TV channels could enhance family stays.

Great central location and helpful staff. Check-in too late and rooms need cleaning.

The room itself was quite cozy and clean, I especially liked the comfy bed and the nice view from the window. One thing that bothered me a bit was the slow draining tub in the bathroom, not the most pleasant experience. The service was a bit hit or miss - while some staff members like Louis went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, others made us feel like a bit of a nuisance, especially during check-in. Parking was a bit of a hassle due to the full garage, and the rates were quite high at $35 a night. On the upside, the location of the hotel was great, close to restaurants and other attractions. the Hilton could definitely use some updates and improvements, especially in the bathroom and with parking logistics. Despite some hiccups, the cleanliness and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable.

the hotel was very clean and in a great location - only a couple miles from everything. loved the personal concierge on our floor - super helpful for getting around. the room was top-notch - loved the view and the comfy bed. and the mirror in the bathroom was so cool - stayed clear despite the steam!

the inside of the hotel is very beautiful. the location was great, in walking distance to the event i attended, with an amazing view of the city. the staff was amazing, very professional, friendly, efficient and helpful. the amenities were enjoyable, including rooftop track, basketball court, and nice sitting areas. the three restaurants and a la carte convenience area were great. i'd definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan to come back with my husband.

I could sip a Trader Vic's Mai Tai at the birthplace of the famous cocktail. Always fun seeing Sharks up close. Had an organic feast at Nikolai's Roof.
Had a surprise shower from the leaking toilet. Great touch for my fancy night out.

The shower in my room had excellent water pressure and maintained a consistent temperature throughout my entire stay. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel's location made it easy to visit many of the city's major attractions. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was overall fantastic. The view from our room was breathtaking, giving us a stunning view of downtown Atlanta. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities available, even though we didn't get a chance to use them. The hotel had multiple restaurants, each with its own unique charm, and we particularly enjoyed Traders Vic's for its ambiance and delicious dishes. The price we paid for our stay was great, and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking, with hair on the walls and in the shower. Additionally, when we called the front desk for extra blankets, it took two hours for them to arrive, even after calling twice.

Great location, clean rooms, helpful staff, busy but still impressed, good view and room size.
Felt immediately at home, no reason to complain.
